Meet Our New Operations Manager

Hey Community!

We’re excited to introduce our new Operations Manager: Charlotte Adams

Charlotte comes to us with an impressive background in customer service, management, marketing, fundraising, and organizing. However, what stood out MOST was her passion for COMMUNITY.

In her own words:

“I believe one of the greatest gifts we can offer others is to leave them feeling a little better than before we met. I’m dedicated to making people feel valued, seen, and heard. I try to lead with kindness, a smile, and a hug. You may even catch me dancing or hear me singing as I move through the day. Working hard is important to me, but so is having fun and sharing plenty of laughter along the way.

I’m truly excited to join a team of warm, caring individuals who are committed to brightening the days of those around them.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me in the kitchen, gardening, hiking with my husband and two sons, taking photos, or bird watching. You might also see me volunteering at local events and dancing along to live music whenever I get the chance.

I am so happy to be back in the community that I grew up in. Home just feels right.”
