Six Month Check In

We are already halfway through 2026 can you believe it?!?! This feels like the perfect moment to pause, take a breath, and look together at where we are as an organization and as a community. So much has happened in just six months, and every step forward has been shaped by your compassion, your generosity, and your belief in what we do.

When we look at the numbers, the growth is undeniable.

Compared to the first half of 2025, we have:

Distributed 337,535 pounds of food — a 78% increase

Received 377,126 pounds of donated food — up 78%

Shared 280,350 meals — a 93% increase

Served 13,211 neighbors — a remarkable 156% increase

These numbers reflect something extraordinary: a community that shows up for one another. Volunteers who give their time with open hearts. Donors and partners who make sure food keeps moving where it’s needed most. Neighbors who trust us enough to walk through our doors. We are deeply grateful for where we stand today stronger, more connected, and more present for our neighbors.

And part of what makes this growth possible is how carefully we steward every resource. We stretch every donated dollar as far as it can go made possible because of the partnerships, connections, and the community support that strengthen and sustain us.

But even with this efficiency, the real costs of operations still exist. Keeping our shelves stocked, our trucks running, our refrigerators cold, and our doors open requires steady, reliable support. Growth brings joy, but it also brings responsibility, the responsibility to sustain this level of care.
